GAME ON !!!

Oh, don't get me started on basketball. Basketball and Baseball are his thing. He plays on his Basketball school team and then he plays on a travel team after the normal season. They start travel teams as 4th graders. Last year Ed and another Dad of one of Dev's best friends thought it would be fun to run a team of 3rd graders(Not done before). You can always play up a grade but never down.....Anyway Dev and his team kicked butt.... He even played a 3 on 3 touney with a few friends last year and they took first. They were the youngest bunch of kids to play. Can't wait to start this season!!!!

As I type this they are all upstairs jumping up and down acting crazy watching the Cowboys play.

I'll let him know that it's game on between you and him!!!!! You better practice!!!!

WOW, QB on his team...sounds like he's taking on some of his Dad's talent! That's Awesome! Now if he wants to learn Basketball, he will have to fly to Texas and learn from his Uncle. ha!

Getting cooler...Broke out the sweaters and space heater. Don't mind the cooler weather but on game days. Dev is QB on his flag football team and it seems like every game he has had it's been cold and raining. He had a game on Sat and scored all 3 touchdowns for his team. I am trying to learn the sport of football, I never knew that the QB scored the touchdowns???

Fo Sho. Houston, Galveston, Beaumont areas took a really big hit. Within the family around Houston, all is ok other than going without power for a few weeks. Us Austin folk didn't even get but some rain and a little bit of wind. We all ok!

How are things in your neck of the woods?! Is the weather starting to change much since that cold front came through?
